Frequently Asked Questions

It is true that you can create your own online store for free on Facebook and Instagram, but the function is relatively simple and it is difficult to support merchants with relatively high sales volume. STOREBERRY has complete functions: inventory, order, logistics management, etc., and allow you to open an online store at a reasonable cost.

Storeberry has a variety of fee plans for merchant to choose from. Our online store starter plan starts with an average of GBP$16 per month. If you are an online and offline business owner, and you need to install an additional point-of-sale terminal-POS in a physical store, we will take the cost of GBP$53 to GBP$60 for each physical store (depending on the subscription period of the plan).

We strongly recommend merchant to subscribe the annual fee plan to ensure that there is enough time to experience all the business functions of Storeberry. We offer an extra 1 month free subscription for merchants who are willing to prepay for a year (ie. you entitle 13 months usage by paying 12 months); if you prepay for the two-year plan, you can enjoy an additional 3 months free subscription (ie. you entitle 27 months usage by paying 24 months).

We accept credit card payment only, you can sign up here upgrade your plan under Settings > Plan & Invoices. You will be charged each month recurring to your credit card provided.
